Bollo Construction provides preconstruction and construction services, but does not self-perform any portion of the work. Our CM sevices are unique in that the President of our firm will be your frequent contact during the course of your project.

Mark Bollinger / President:

As Founder and President of Bollo Construction, Mark has successfully completed many private and public works projects. As an active participant in the day-to-day operations of our business, Mark is able to sustain professional working relationships with project owners, architects, construction managers, and occupants of the job site.  He is an attentive and proactive manager, always striving to enhance the performance of his company and provide project completion in the standard and schedule the owner deserves and expects.

Mark’s 29 years of experience in the contracting industry ranges from ground-up projects to multiple concurrent modernizations.  His understanding of the various scopes of work will distinguish the practicality of implementing specific ideas.  His active involvement ensures the projects will be delivered on time and within budget.

The primary and essential strength that Mark will bring to these projects is the experience he has gained from 17 years of managing school facilities construction projects.  The basic foundation to consistently executing multiple fast-track modernizations, year after year, achieving an overwhelming success rate in the process, lies in his ability to assemble a strong collaborative team sharing a common goal to deliver a quality end-product.  This process can only be repeated through integrity, open communication, and a balanced sense of fairness– always seeking the “win-win” position.
